To whom is BIMSW OB-GYN Week addressed: Medical students who have finished the 3rd year (years 4-6)

LifeSim Medical Simulation Center, one of the best facilities of its category in Eastern Europe, will be hosting the second edition of BIMSW Obstetrics & Gynecology Week. We are striving to provide you with a top-notch experience with plenty of permanently guided, hands-on practice on basic and high fidelity simulators; alongside the short and informative presentations, this is sure to enable you to face the most challenging of medical scenarios.
Our warm and enthusiastic volunteers will introduce you to Noelle, the advanced birth simulator and to the newborn simulator Hal- the 40 week tetherless newborn with vital signs that are
responsive to hypoxic events which also includes crying, convulsions, and extra tablet PC for control.
From general birth maneuvers all the way to the principles of fetal ecography, we will always assist you through this scientific experience and you will get the chance to socialize with the
other participants from other parts of the world, during the leisure activities we are to organize for you to enjoy what summertime in Romania has to offer!

– basic life support of the pregnant pacient and of the newborn
– most common newborn pathologies
– pelvic & breast exam
– 1 pregnancy ultrasound per participant
– 1 baby delivery per participant
– ob-gyn clinical scenarios, including lab test cases
– leisure activities with your international team
-basic life support of the newborn and most common pathologies diagnosed at birth

Price: 185 Euros

After the registration period ends, the people that are selected to participate at the workshops will receive an e-mail with information about the schedule, payment method and all the information you may require.
