Practical techniques in Anesthisia and applied principles in Advanced Life SupportCoordinator: Majed Achtar Number of participants: 12 Target audience: English module medical students 3rd-6th year Knowing how to evaluate and manage in-hospital cardiac arrests, tremendously increases patients’ survival and it represents also essential knowledge to every medical doctor. Therefore this course aims to prepare medical students in their clinical years to act on the spot as a team, using the latest European guidelines for Advanced life support. This ALS course will be divided into two days: -The first day consists of two parts: -During the second day, students will evaluate their knowledge both theoretically and practically by doing the learned procedures integrated in scenarios based on real medical cases.
