Transthoracic EchocardiogramProject Manager: Majed Achtar No. of participants: 16 Price: 170 Lei Addressability: Medical Students 3rd to 6th year from the ENGLISH MODULES This workshop is designed to teach medical students how to interpret and use a transthoracic echocardiograph, how to view the heart in different windows and axes, how to describe an abnormal finding and become familiar with major cardiac abnormalities that can be found on an echocardiograph. The participants will have the chance to use a high fidelity simulator that provides real time images of a normal and pathological heart under the supervision of a skilled lecturer.
